Local Cafes

A Cup of Joe to go Please.

Yesterday I had the pleasure of sitting in one of Courtenay's amazing cafes. Mudsharks. An institution of the downtown core. During my time there, I got the impression that I was more than welcome to come and sit as long as I wished. I think it helped that I was trying to garner information and photos for a project I am working on, which no doubt created a line of curiosity longer than a cue at Disney Land. None the less, the business speaks for itself. Quite literally, it is a steady, never ending wave from the sea of satisfied customers. If you get the chance to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee, or finely crafted tea, Mudsharks in Courtenay will not disappoint. With a location on the corner of fourth and Cliffe, and a second location located on fifth street, it is extremely easy to find exactly what you are looking for to tickle your taste buds.
